WHAT ARE THE AWARD CATEGORIES?
The B'GOAT Awards feature three Global Black Philanthropy Categories:
- Global Grand Philanthropist of the Year
- Global Cultural Philanthropist of the Year
- Global Socialite Philanthropist of the Year
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE B'GOAT AWARDS?
Eligibility is open to leading Black individuals globally across business, entrepreneurship, sports, entertainment, arts and culture, and the creative industries.
WHAT ARE THE CORE SELECTION CRITERIA?
Aspirants must demonstrate measurable philanthropic impact within their respective fields during the year under review.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A NOMINATION?
Nominations should be submitted through the official nomination portal at www.bgoatawards.com.
CAN AN INDIVIDUAL BE NOMINATED IN MULTIPLE CATEGORIES?
No. Each nominee will be considered in only one category and is eligible to win solely within that category.
DOES NOMINATION APPROVAL AUTOMATICALLY CONFER NOMINEE STATUS?
Yes. Once approved, an individual is officially recognized as a nominee.
WHAT IS THE YEAR UNDER REVIEW?
The year under review refers to the 12-month period during which a nominee's philanthropic impact is evaluated.
WHAT IS THE B'GOAT AWARDS TROPHY MADE OF?
Each trophy is crafted as a 999.9 fine, 24-karat solid-gold sculptural masterpiece and is accompanied by an official Certificate of Authenticity issued by a licensed bullion refinery verifying its purity and weight.
HOW DO I VOTE?
Voting is conducted through the official voting portal at www.bgoatawards.com by following the on-screen instructions.
WHEN DOES THE CEREMONY TAKE PLACE?
The B'GOAT Awards are held annually on Mother's Day.
