Submissions are evaluated based on:

• Humanitarian Impact :Measurable improvements to lives, communities, and societal well-being
• Societal Advancement : Contributions that promote sustainable development, opportunity creation, and nation-building outcomes

Phase 3: Independent Evaluation
Qualified nominations advance to an independent evaluation process conducted under the oversight of the B'GOAT Awards governance framework.

Following the completion of the evaluation process, the highest-ranked submissions are formally designated as official nominees of the B'GOAT Awards.

• Public Announcement: Official nominees will be published on the B'GOAT Awards website and official communication channels.
